- Rude or disrespectful behavior towards our staff members or other guests will not be tolerated.

- For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, we do not accept intoxicated individuals. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or substances that may impair their judgment.

- Advance reservations are recommended to ensure a smooth dining experience. Walk-in guests are welcome, subject to table availability and adherence to the dining policy.

- Guests are requested to notify us in advance if they need to cancel or modify a reservation, especially for Teppanyaki. No-shows may affect future reservation requests for Teppanyaki Dining.

- All prices mentioned are in BDT. Prices are subject to 10% Service charge as well as the prevailing government taxes.
